He has a channel called “PrankvsPrank” (PvP) in a collaboration with his ex-girlfriend Jeana Smith and now has over 10 million subscribers. Stella Hayes Wellens, the mother of Jesse Wellens suffered from depression and for eleven years she had been self-medicating herself with substance abuse. She went for rehabilitation but she did not get the required assistance. Stella tried to commit suicide but she was unsuccessful and ended up in a coma at the hospital.
On 14th December 2015, Stella went missing and on 21st December the same year through a tweet, Stella Wellens was confirmed dead and had been laid to rest. The cause of her death was suicide.
